The first time, I was just six years old, watching my father lose his business in Colombia. That loss didn’t just cost

us income—it separated our family. He had to leave the country and start over, and we stayed behind. Years

later, it happened again.

My father lost another dream business—and with it, another marriage. I watched him work harder than anyone

I knew—disciplined, loyal, passionate. But the weight of doing it all alone crushed him. He carried the full load while those around him watched. It wasn’t a lack of love or effort—it was a lack of support.

And then it was me. Despite my degree, experience, and a thriving mortgage business that led to my consulting practice—I couldn’t hold it all together when the 2007 crash hit. I blamed myself. My business wasn't just what I

did—it was who I was. Losing it broke something in me. But in my darkest valley, I started climbing. I devoured books, took every course, studied every expert.

And I began to see a common thread in the most powerful success principles—ones I had heard in church as a little girl. Gratitude. Stewardship. Discipline. Perseverance. Servant leadership.

And that’s when it hit me:
