I know what it’s like to pour your heart and soul into a business, only to watch it struggle because the right team and systems weren’t in place. I’ve watched my dad’s painful reality of selling his DREAM BUSINESS for pennies, not because he didn't work hard enough, but because he didn’t train his team to lead instead of waiting for instructions. His loss and the loss of my own business years later gave me a purpose. It ignited a fire in me to help other business owners avoid the same pain.
I landed my first job as an assistant business consultant in 1994 and I have been pasionate helping small businesses in all areas ever since. I have experienced much success as well as devastating failure in my own business. The day I took down the sign from my office door, I felt like I was tearing out a piece of my soul.
The business I poured my heart and savings into was gone. And not long after, so were our assets. But truthfully, I had lived this pain before; twice.

I watched my dad run small businesses his whole life and wear himself out doing it.
He was always fixing problems, retraining staff, or covering for someone who didn’t step up. He didn’t have a system to grow his people. Just daily instructions and hard work.
